The Stanford Medical Youth Science Program (SMYSP) and School-Based Program teachers established School Advisory Committees at each of the four partner schools. The objective of the committees is to create a network of local individuals to help support various aspects of the School-Based Program. Each member contributes to the ongoing success and improvement of the program.

- School administrator
- Health professional
- College outreach representative
- Current student
- Parent
- Classroom teacher
- Executive Director and Program Coordinator of SMYSP
