Program Statistics: 2005-2006 School Year
Below you will find statistical information collected from the students of our four partner high schools.
- 179 students have completed the School-Based Program since its inception in 2004.
- Of this total, 29% are Hispanic, 25% are African American, and 25% are Asian.
- 52% of students lived in homes where languages other than English were spoken.
- 38% of students reported living with single parents or other relatives.
- 63% of students were confident that they would definitely graduate from a four year college. Few students, however, had sibling role models. 60% of these students reported that they had no siblings who had attended college.
