Operations Council and Alumni Association Officers
The SMYSP Alumni Association was directed by the SMYSP Alumni Operations Council from 2003 until 2007. This council was an informal group of SMYSP Alumni that provided direction for fostering alumni involvement and activities.
The Alumni Association elected is first officer core in July of 2007. Since that time, the core has worked to compile the Alumni Association's founding documents, and organize the more than 600 SMYSP alumni.
SMYSP 20 Year History

In 1987, two bright-eyed, Stanford pre-medical students armed with the idea that they would save the world enlisted the support of a young professor new to Stanford by way of UC Berkeley. These undergraduate students envisioned a program that would focus on bright, low-income students from impoverished communities and struggling families. Read the entire history.
